Luis Bello

Luis Bello is a dedicated bilingual real estate agent with a wealth of experience, who initiated his career with Relevate Real Estate in July of 2021 in North Carolina's vibrant Raleigh-Durham area. Now expanding his expertise to Houston, Texas, with Cattell Real Estate, Luis is well-equipped to guide clients through buying, investing, or selling in today's competitive real estate market. His extensive background includes first-time home purchases, investment property acquisitions, and preparation for successful property listings always with the goal of procuring a smooth process to his clients.

Originally from Valencia, Venezuela, Luis holds a law degree from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello in Caracas (2001). For over 16 years, he practiced as an attorney in Venezuela specializing in real estate law at Carvallo, Bello and Associates, his family's law firm founded in 1937.

Before becoming a real estate agent in North Carolina, Luis expanded his expertise by earning a Paralegal Certificate from the University of North Carolina in 2018. He went on to work as a real estate paralegal at TriCity Lawyers, a top real estate firm in the Raleigh-Durham area where he supported over 1,300 residential and commercial closings, assisting attorneys, lenders, agents and clients through each stage of the closing process until December 2021. His bilingual skills in Spanish and English have also enabled him to provide personalized assistance to Spanish-speaking clients.

Luis brings all this comprehensive real estate legal experience to his real estate practice, enhancing his ability to navigate complex transactions and to better assist his clients.

Luis lives with his wife, Patricia and their two children, Valeria and Luis Jr., in the Spring/The Woodlands area of Greater Houston, Texas. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities with his family, especially tennis and other racquet sports.
